Commercial Property Services of New Mexico provides property maintenance services in Albuquerque and the surrounding areas. Job Title: Pressure Washing Assistant Overview: Visit assigned properties at night throughout Albuquerque to maintain cleanliness by pressure washing. Compensation: Starts at $12.00/hr Employment Type: Part Time - This is a very part time job. This will usually be between one and three nights of work per week depending on the week. Shifts start at around 7PM and go to 12-1AM. This job is performed year round as long as temperatures are above 32 degrees. Job Duties: Pressure wash commercial properties as directed. Essential Qualifications: Must be capable of lifting up to 75 lbs. Must have a track record of being dependable. Be capable of working independently. This is a very physical job.
