Jobs

Louisburg Road (401) near Sinclair Drive, Raleigh NC

Description

We are hiring an employee starting ASAP to refurbish several RVs, in a part-time or full-time position. We will start with a 1991 Fleetwood Pace Arrow, among others listed below. The Fleetwood coach runs well, but needs to have all the house systems gone through as follows: Water supply system: Functions, but has a leak. Also, the water heater has not been run recently, and needs to be checked after the propane system is checked out. Propane tank: Shows ¾ full, but the whole system needs to be checked out before using the water heater, furnace or refrigerator. Refrigerator: Has an ammonia smell, so it needs to be checked for leaks of the refrigerant and serviced or repaired if needed. Carpet: In reasonably good shape, but is faded in areas and needs to be updated with a solid floor, either LVP, laminate or an engineered wood. Generator: 6000-watt Onan EmeraldPlus, starts and runs, but has some variability in both frequency and voltage, and needs to be diagnosed and repaired. Exterior: It has been power washed, but at a minimum needs to have the paint cleaned and polished. We need the Fleetwood completed as soon as possible, and if the work is acceptable we can proceed immediately to the GMC Glenbrook, below; the other RVs listed below will be available to schedule work in January or February. Other RVs in need of repair, with details in the other listing: 1976 GMC Motorhome - Glenbrook 1976 GMC Motorhome - Eleganza 1977 GMC Motorhome - Coca Cola limited edition 1984 Winnebago Lesharo
