I am looking for information on an older nursing home in Hamilton named Centerhaven. The address is 422 North Second Street Hamilton, OH 45011. Back in the 70's and 80's it was owned by a family named Helton. Their son also worked at the facility. I'm hoping to hear from those who have had interaction with this facility or who remember local news about this place.
