Up for adoption: - 1x Lakenvelder Hen. 9 Months Old / $40. Rare / collectible breed! Small sized, hardy chicken who prefers to keep to herself. She's also VERY good at flying. She doesn't try to escape, but she's a particularly athletic chicken when she wants to be. Just now starting to lay medium sized white eggs. - 1x Golden Comet Hen. 1 Year Old / $15. Production breed - excellent layer! Also known as a Red Star. Very docile and calm chicken, known for their high egg production. - 1x Barred Rock x Americauna Rooster. 4 Months Old / $15. We hatched this chicken ourselves. Very unique looking bird, and just now beginning to show dominance with hens. Very quiet, mild mannered rooster overall. Still working on his social skills with the ladies. We're downsizing our flock after hatching far too many this summer. All birds are well fed, healthy, and free ranged since birth.
