CWF Restoration is a rapidly growing water and fire restoration company in Chicagoland seeking to add full-time Demolition Laborers to our team to support our expansion. For this entry-level role, we are seeking enthusiastic and hard-working individuals interested in long-term career growth. The starting pay rate is for this role $15-$17/hour with uncapped overtime. This Demolition Laborer is a career pathway position with the opportunity to become a Crew Chief in as little as six months making industry-leading earnings. We pay our Crew Chiefs more than our competition every time, on every job. The Demolition Laborer works on a team removing damaged property from homes or businesses and providing services to restore the property to its pre-loss condition. This position is an entry level role on a career path trajectory with the opportunity to move up to a Crew Chief position after 6 months of apprentice-style training. Responsibilities: - Assist in Repairing homes that have suffered damage from water or fire - Serve under CWF’s Crew Chiefs to remove water, mold, and damaged property to prepare for restoration projects - Setup and operation of dryers, fans, dehumidifiers and other mitigation equipment - Keep job sites clean and orderly Requirements: - Must be able to twist, bend, and lift up to 75lbs on a regular basis - Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Must be reachable via phone Benefits: - Health (individual &family), Dental, Vision and Life Insurance - Matching 401K Account - Rotating schedule (4 days on, 2 days off) *$500 Hiring bonus is to be paid out after satisfactory completion of 90-day probationary period.
