Date chosen should correspond to the week of your reservation date.
For example: Select Friday, September 4 for a requested reservation between Friday, September 4 – Thursday, September 10, 2020.
Rental Information:
Maximum of 25 participants for Gymnasium rentals. Other spaces are a maximum of 50% of the room capacity.
Rental application must be on file prior to rental. Rental Application and Policy can be found at https://www.co.charles-city.va.us/336/Recreation-EventsRental-Information.
Prior to making a payment, please call (804) 652-1601 or e-mail [email protected] to reserve space inside the Ruthville Complex.
Rentals:
• Obtain exclusivity of the rental space during the hours rented.
• Assume responsibility and liability for patrons as indicated by the renter’s signature on page of the Charles City County Rental Application and Policies.
