Dog in urgent need of rehoming

This is Zeus, he is a 7 year old male, neutered. We found him on the street some years ago. We looked for his family and unfortunately had no luck. We kept him and have tried our best to care for him. He can't go for walks because he drags his paws and scrapes deep enough to expose his quick and bleed. We have bought him booties before that he is able to wear to go on walks, but have been unable to for a while now. He also has food sensitivity and we are unsure of to what exactly. We currently feed him Wholehearted from Petco and he seems to be doing fine. Zeus has been socialized with our cats, bunnies, dogs and children. He has been vocal with dogs that are dominant and try to bully him around. He isn't high energy but has good energy level for his age. We really would love for him to go to a loving home with someone that is able to care for him better than we can. He has a lot of love to give and he deserves the best care possible.
