Need mobile mechanic who knows Jeeps! Help!!! see codes

Hi there, I have been dealing with this issue for sometime and cannot figure it out. I’ve replaced every sensor, Throttle body, PCM, TIPM box, speed sensors and more. I’ve also checked for exposed or cracked wires under the exhaust manifold everything seems fine. I’ve tried a couple mobile mechanics and people are just unreliable and don’t show up. Happy to pay for your time. Just let me know if you feel comfortable looking at this issue and what you charge. I’ve attached the most recent set of codes. Let me know if you have any questions.
