Description
Duties include assisting the executive(s) various calendaring, meeting arrangements, correspondence drafting, organizing and maintaining all files (digital and hard copy as needed), travel arrangements, following up on requested tasks, ordering supplies, preparing agendas, note taking, and generally keeping them on-track and productive.
Successful candidates must have intermediate to advanced Word and Outlook skills, a high degree of confidentiality, and a passion for adding value. This is a part-time position but will be permanent for a seasoned professional who enjoys being an assistant.
