Clean up and carpet removal

I'm looking for all the trash to be taken out and hauled away as well as a pile of broken pallets not shown in this video (you can burn the pallets as well but not where they are sitting because it's too close to the trailer) - I also want all the carpet removed and hauled away as well. I expect this to cost several hundred dollars for cleanup and haul away, and I'll be going with the lowest bid. Payment will be given when the job is completed and the trash is hauled away. (not put on the street, not thrown into the forest, not anywhere on or near this property) I've had problems in the past with this so be sure that you have a way to take all this trash off-site.
