We renters and willing, eager, and accommodating housemates-in-waiting are tired of paying too much for exploitative, one-sided arrangements full of emphatic restrictions (Must work outside the home! No pets! No guests! No cooking! No No No) only to be resented, reviled, and shackled to your whims and arbitrary laws once we’re captive residents of your precious domain where everything must be done just so according to your rules at all times! YA VOLT! So if in your head and heart you don’t really want to share, don’t actually respect and value other POVs and ways of being in the world; don’t want to extend equal veto rights (YAY Equality!) of your hoarder’s hodgepodge, including grandma’s ugly sofa which you just can’t seem to part with so we just have to “live & let live”(your credo as it applies to others but of course not to you) with your crap, both real & imagined, basically don’t really want anyone else around, please spare us all the agony and expense and stop pretending you do.
