Reward: lost phone on 12/3: Pixel3, glitter case

I last had my phone on 12/3 at nearly 11 PM, and it would have been dropped outside Elm City Games, or on Center Street leading to where I had parked, a bit past Gotham Citi. There was only a short window of time it could have happened... It's a Google Pixel 3, and has a silver glitter case. The battery has run out. If you know anything about there location of this phone PLEASE contact me. There are precious photos (not backed up yet, of course...) that are irreplaceable and priceless to me, including some of family that has since passed away. The loss of those memories is honestly worse than losing the device itself. Please, please help. Cash reward upon return, or info leading to its return.
