Covid caused mental health numbers to exponentially rise, especially among young adults and youth. Therefore, it is important to talk about this now more than ever. There will be a panel of speakers, activities, and a raffle AND silent auction with some amazing prize options to help you start off 2022 just right! Prizing was all about local businesses this year so we are sure that you will find something that catches your eye.
