Need someone who has EXPERIENCE with synthetic Venetian plaster application smooth matte/sheen finish. If you know the product you will know what I mean. Couple weeks work for top applicator, will pay $30hr 1st day to establish your skill level then beyond is negotiable depending on how useful you are.
