Need bass and drums for hard driving blues/rock/R&B band

37 year old guitar player starting a hard driving blues/rock/R&B band. Many years experience and deep industry connections. Goal is to play loud, groovy, danceable songs for NYC club and theatre gigs. My influences: Blues rock – Allman Brothers, Clapton, The Black Crowes, the Rolling Stones, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jimi Hendrix, etc. Blues – BB, Freddie, Albert, Muddy, etc. Rhythm and Blues – Wilson Pickett, Stevie Wonder, Van Morrison, Aretha Franklin, Otis Redding, etc. Band will play blues/rock/r&b bar standards initially but get into deeper cuts and originals. Emphasis on: hard driving, blues, groove, rhythm, etc. I play lead, rhythm, and slide and can sing. Eventually want to add keys and maybe another guitar or sax but for now looking to get a great rhythm section together to build off of. Please send influences and recordings.
