Cotton Candy Grooves: Heart & Solstice is a new inclusive winter experience with wellness, music, and art in support of local LGBTQ+ youth. Cotton Candy Grooves: Heart & Solstice is a new inclusive winter experience with wellness, music, and art in support of local LGBTQ+ youth. It's taking place December 17, 2021 4-10 PM at The Hall on 2500 Church St Norfolk, VA 23504. This project is done in proud partnership with House of Trans, the Muse Writers Center, and the CAN Foundation. Our event will feature a Santa-inspired wellness workshop, musical performances, and a holiday rave! The workshop will include low-cost chiropractic adjustments, a makeup corner where folks can explore themselves in a whole new way, and the opportunity to build gender-affirming Christmas boxes alongside our youth. Makeup corner featuring SAW Beauty. Adjustments by Doctor Cathy Good of Good Chiropractic. Performances include Koren Grace, Kiara, Akeylah Simone, Evan Hannah, and more, and a wintertime inspired DJ Set from DJ boygirl. Food by Senses Vegan Comfort Food & JMT Sweets. Also featuring Sugarcane Organic Cotton Candy.
