Event Captains and Head Waiters Wanted - $25.00 -- $45.00 Per Hour Event Captains: Responsible for supervising the event staff, operations, and guests of banquet experiences at Venues, restaurants, hotels, or private functions. Their duties include planning dining events, managing the food and beverage service, and tending to guests' requests and complaints. Head Waiters: Take the lead in waiting on patrons at eating establishments. They are dedicated to exceptional customer service and coordinate the efforts of others on staff to ensure diners walk away satisfied. The head waiter must insure that all staff do their duties accordingly.
