Come learn the basics behind vibrational or sound therapy in this fun and interactive workshop taught by medicine woman and sound therapist Jennifer Yedinak . This class should leave you feeling restored and reTuned, the perfect gift to give yourself during the busy and stressful holiday season. In preparation for this workshop: Please feel free to bring your own pillow ,mat or medicine blanket ,whatever you need to feel comfortable sitting or laying down on the floor for your sound journey. ( Mystic Rose has some limited supplies of blankets and pillows as well.) A minimum of a two hour fast prior to class is recommended . Of course as always follow your own best practices for you. You are welcome to bring material for note taking and water as always.
