Complete with a four course dinner including an Amuse Bouche, and wine pairings, this is an experience you won’t want to miss! Each guest will also be sent home with a variety pack of Alfajores & we will have a raffle for a gift basket with all kinds of goodies including a bottle of wine & our very own house made snacks! We will start with an amuse Bouche to clear the palate, an appetizer , entree options are: Pescado a lo Macho- Baked basa topped with a seafood cream sauce of shrimp, mussels and squid rings, served with mashed purple yams & green peas. Cordero de Res- Beef chuck steak dinner simmered in our housemade cilantro sauce & gravy. Served over green onion mashed potatoes with roasted green peas on the side. CAULIFOR “a lo macho”Vegan- Caramelized Cauliflower seared in our Tamanca Sauce & topped with roasted zucchini medley & served with a rosemary & garlic balsamic beet salad.
