Sun Salutations are a way to signal change. It means you are ready to put the work in to create something new in your life. 108 Sun Salutations Support the YIS Community This will be Yogis in Service’s 10th Annual YIS Sun Salutation Event January 2nd, Sunday Buffalo River Works 359 Ganson St, Buffalo, NY 14203 Doors Open at 9AM Sun Salutations from 9:30AM until we are done (a little over 2 hours) Tickets $25 Your 108 Teachers: Eric Heard, Dine Rose, Catherine Cook-Cottone, Petrina Bursie, and Leslie Rothschild Sun Salutations are a way to signal change. It means you are ready to put the work in to create something new in your life. It is a good bye to before and an open-hearted “hello” to what is next. It is an over 2-hour course in "I've got this!" and" I am worth the effort!" The YIS teachers will give you all the support and structure you need to make this happen. There will be raffles and YIS gear and vendors! Bring your donation $$. Majority of proceeds will go toward the Yogis in Service Program.
