Anisa will guide you through a deep and transformative sound healing journey. Using the powerful full moon energy, she will lead a letting go meditation. The sound bath will help to further release what is no longer serving you as we step into the new year! There will be a holiday market with several holistic vendors open before and after the sound bath. Come early or stay after to browse the various offerings and grab some last minute holiday gifts supporting local vendors! 6 -7pm - Doors open for Holiday Market & Mingling 7-8pm - Sound Bath 8-9pm - Holiday Market Vendors include: Cacao, Ear Seed applications, Massage, Reiki, Tarot, Candles, Crystals, Jewelry, Sage, Artwork, Planner/Journals, and much more! This will be an outdoor experience so please plan accordingly! Bring layers, yoga mats, pillows, blankets, and anything else that will help create the most comfortable lying down experience. A Sound Bath is an acoustic sound healing journey that relaxes the body, clears the subconscious, calms the mind, and activates your body's natural healing systems. Crystal singing bowls and chimes are used to create the ultimate sound healing experience that will vibrate and activate every cell in your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The crystal bowls which are tuned to 432 hz which is the frequency found in nature to provide to most beneficial healing energy to help restore your body’s natural state, and one ness with nature. The goal of sound healing is to use audible vibrations to bring the body back into harmony and get out of the sympathetic nervous system and into the parasympathetic nervous system to be able to restore. All of our bodies contain energy frequencies, so you can think of it as tuning your body that has gone off key and bringing it back to its natural state and frequency.
