Thursday Open Mic was a Success! Let's do it again!

The inaugural open mic this past Thursday at The Stables in Westminster was a great success, if you measure success in the quality of the music! An excellent first night turn out with a great mix of acts from solo and duo acoustic performers to electric experimental jazz/rock, to a 5 piece rock band! I want to thank the brave souls who got up on the first night while we were still working out the bugs. I promise this coming Thursday and every Thursday afterward will be smoother running and even better sound! I apologize to everyone for complicating the rules, so I'll make them new and simple right here and they will continue to evolve as we go. Sign up at 7 with live performance planned for around 8. ANYONE INTENDING TO SING MUST BRING THEIR OWN MIC to help keep you and your fellow countrymen safe. Full back line and mic stands available. Bring your own bass, keys, guitars AND effects pedals........and again, mics. Do not bring amps. Easy to get to. On-site parking. FOOD UNTIL 8:30! Beer, wine liquor available. All genres welcome.
