For awhile I've been seeing project proposals and such for the improvement of the trotwood area. Well I'm here to tell you, nothing is ever going to improve there untill people don't have to worry to about such things as: Getting hit by someone running a red light..... Getting hit by a Challenger, Charger or 300 while their doing donuts at an intersection..... Watching people throwing their trash out of their cars onto the street at intersections or in parking lots..... Rude and extremely inconsiderate residents and neighbors..... Shitty customer service at most businesses in the area..... And much more, but the problem is, you can't change culture. Look at the entire area around where the mall was, all those stores left the mall, car dealerships closed, Hara Arena closed, Best Buy closed, Burlington coat factory, best products, Target, Walmart all closed or left the area.... Trotwood will continue to degrade, and Englewood is next. Because you cant change culture.
