Chef series is evolving this Fall. Some of Chicago's favorite chefs are hosting onsite dinners at LPX . Each event will kick off with the chef's favorite workout taught by a Lincoln Park instructor. The evening will kick off with a yoga class, taught by lululemon ambassador, Jeremy Walton, before sitting for dinner and conversation.
Chef Series Presents: The Gathering kicks off with Chef Jonathan Zaragoza of Con Todo.
Con Todo is a restaurant influenced by the flavors, cooking techniques but most importantly the people of Mexico City. “Con Todo” means “with everything” in many different senses - a phrase you yell to your “taquero” when you want cilantro and onion on your taco ; a sentiment that permeates our approach to food and brand of hospitality. It is emblematic of the Mexican experience this side of the border, we are rooted in our love for the motherland seen through the lens of proud Chicago natives. Con Todo will pay tribute to Mexico City’s rich and diverse food culture in Logan Square’s already stellar dining scene.

Sikil P’ak- pumpkin seed, heirloom tomato, citrus, habanero dip served with seasonal crunchy vegetables.
Sope de pato- duck carnitas, smoky black beans, crispy masa, salsa macha, cotija cheese, red onion, cilantro, avocado.
Tamal frito- crispy corn panisse with pipián verde, queso cotija, roasted squash, and wild mushrooms.
Arroz con leche- Mexican rice pudding, compota de manzana y mezcal, whipped cream, buñuelos de viento.
