Do you have a sander? Can you cut wood?

I have a wood dresser I want to rehab. I want it sanded. If you have time you can paint it but it needs two coats and 12 hours in between. I also want to cut the detail out of the bottom to give it a modern look. If you can help give me a call. This can be done on my balcony. I also need a handyman to hang some curtains, patch and sand some holes and touch up paint around the house. If you can do this in addition that would be helpful. This can be done separately also.
