Van Compass LLC is located in Post Falls. We manufacture products for Mercedes Sprinter, Ford Transit and Ram Promaster vans. We are a growing shop that needs help assembling and packaging our product line. We build suspension kits, shock absorber kits, skid plates, bumpers etc.. Most tasks will involve packaging 5-100 of one item before moving onto the next task. Our desired candidate must have the following skills: * Detail oriented * Follow instructions clearly and stay on task * Complete each task 100% correct every time * Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs. Bend, stoop, twist * Work well with others and show up to work everyday * The majority of work will be standing at a table to wrap parts with protective film, build and load corrugated boxes, staple and tape completed packages. * General knowledge of hand tools a plus. We use circular saws, drills and hammers when building pallets/crates for some of our larger items. * Computer literate a plus, not required. Use of MS word, email, Quickbooks is a plus for us. We can train you, no experience necessary. Pay is based on experience $17+/hr, more for skilled workers that can just in an go. Health, dental, vision insurance after 60 days, Paid Vacation starts accruing after 3 months of employment, Major Holidays are off and paid.
