We are currently seeking a motivated team that enjoys working outside, getting to know the members of the community, keeps an organized office, and will take pride in the appearance of their home community. A successful team will be able to work independently, become quickly educated in both accounting software and property infrastructure systems (such as irrigation systems). This community has an excellent reputation for being well-maintained and beautiful and offers plenty of opportunity for managers who enjoy landscaping, working with their hands and sharing their expertise with like-minded neighbors. Managers here will be able to set their own schedule as the needs of the community change seasonally. This position offers the following industry-best compensation and on-going support. Managers will need to have an eye for detail, be able to problem-solve as issues arise, and become comfortable with MS office programs. If this is you, and you're fully capable of communicating with residents concerning issues that arise in day-to-day operations then you'll love the freedom, flexibility, and peaceful working environment this position offers. COMPENSATION: Housing: A large, 2bd-2ba manufactured home with a fenced back yard, private shed, covered parking, private attached office, covered veranda, and butterfly garden. All housing provided 100% expenses paid by employer. Living Expenses: All electrical, water/sewer, garbage, and internet services 100% paid by employer. Cable package provided. Salary: Annual salary of $40,000 - 45,000, DOE, paid monthly. Retirement: Company matched 401k program available after first year of employment. Sick & Vacation: Two weeks vacation and sick time (accrued). This posting is for an on-site team position for two in a multi-family manufactured housing community. Housing is offered as part of the generous compensation package and applicants must be available to move into an Aged 55+ community. A background screening is required for both applicants.
