Join Mel for a hour of yoga with live acoustics by Brian at Beach Haus Brewery. Join Mel for 1 hour of vinyasa yoga open to all levels and experience. Brian Wildeman will be playing live acoustics during class & IT'S HIS BIRTHDAY! After class enjoy a complimentary beverage & a chance to connect with other locals + we'll show Brian our vocal skills with a classic Happy Birthday sing along & something sweet from the best local bakery. This is a great opportunity for anyone, no experience required. Bring your own mat and other yoga props that might help assist your practice (blocks, an extra towel/blanket for knee support, etc).
