We're back! Dinner no. 8 in our Vegan Dinner Series "Oyster Mushroom Madness", will showcase the versatility of Oyster Mushrooms. Dinner number 8 will focus on the versatility of Oyster Mushrooms. We are currently growing 4 different species of Oysters, Kings, Blues, Blacks and Whites. You can be sure we will be utilizing all of them for this dinner, in some really cool ways.
