Weekly Transformational Sound Bath Meditation with Insid3Out. Come join our welcoming, high vibe community to grow and connect Fundamentally, Insid3out is a collective force designed to energize a direction in life that begins from the heart and soul. The mission is to propel, guide, and inspire all individuals in reach to optimize their fullest potential. #alignedevolution It began as a meditation group in the grass where 11 people showed up on October 11th, 2020. Since then it has fruitfully exploded into a vibrant community that is home to a surplus of holistic offerings and events. At insid3out you will find tools and empowering practices that cater to the healing and development of mind, body, and soul. (updated as of 11/15/2021)Current events are as follows: -Meditation meetings at Flow Yoga Westgate every Sunday at 7pm! Just show up!! Including various sound baths with either gong, crystal singing bowls, Native American flute, guitars, and many more. Also have unique spiritual events such as Tantra, Kirtan, or anything within that realm. Ask us about our other events, as we have MANY. -Weekly indoor Ecstatic Dance events Fridays at 10pm to 1am, that have an atmosphere of love, lights, and music that is carefully crafted to evoke a sense of fun and play for everyone involved. Location: First Street Studio off Cesar Chavez! -Monthly women and men's circles. Ask about them if you are interested in getting involved!! -High Vibe Connections meet-ups ranging with anything from yoga, hikes, salsa dancing, painting, volleyball, and all type of activities to connect new like-minded friends. They are "stop-light" events, which means if you are single, you are given the option to receive a green wristband to indicate that you are open to connecting in that way. We are coming out with new events like clockwork, and if we don't have what you are looking for then please feel free to reach out and have a conversation about it!!
