Lead guitarist to join or form band

I'm in my early 40s with a full-time job, but looking for a band that plays mostly covers and some originals on nights and weekends. Ideally, I'd like to play mostly 90s hard rock and alt/grunge, but also some 80s rock, and classic rock..... you know, the Gen X “guitar era,” basically. Some examples of influences everyone would recognize would be bands like Van Halen, Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, Pink Floyd, Guns n' Roses, Soundgarden, Oasis, Smashing Pumpkins, Garbage, Jimi Hendrix, and Stone Temple Pilots..... but there's lots of stuff out there and I am definitely open to pretty much anything. Seeking drums, bass, another guitarist, and vocals. I have been playing for 30 years (acoustic, electric, lead guitar), I'm experienced, and I have all pro gear. I'm just looking for a good group of musicians that are passionate about playing and performing. I am looking to play with experienced musicians only -- no beginners or amateurs, please.
