Kundalini Yoga and Mindfulness Mediation at the park!
Join Melissa Dass Akal and Curt Barlage for a morning of mindfulness. Class will begin with a Kundalini Yoga stretch and warm-up exercise led by Melissa Dass Akal, followed by a guided Mindfulness Meditation led by Curt Barlage. This class will be a powerful integration of energy, balance, and awarness of self. We look forward to seeing you on the mat! Please bring a yoga mat, water and a open heart and mind.
This class is donation based with a suggested sliding scale donation of $7-$10. However all donations are welcomed. Sat Nam.
