Is there an age restriction? (A) VIPs can enter at 9 pm, General Admission at 10 pm. Party ends at 2 am. Must be 21+ with valid ID to enter. (Q) Is there a security check? Can I bring my bag/purse? (A) There will be a security check which will require a metal detector test and a search of all bags. No weapons of ANY kind will be allowed in the event. (Q) My group is VIP but our friend has a General Admission ticket. Can my friend come into the VIP area inside Suffolk Punch Taphouse? (A) No. Only VIP wrist bands will be allowed inside the main Suffolk Punch Taphouse. No exceptions. VIP tickets sell out earlier than GA tickets, so please plan accordingly! (Q) Is there a dress code? (A) Yes. Cocktail attire required. Let's get swanky, Charlotte. (Q) How many drinks do I get with my ticket? (A) Your ticket covers your drinks all night. No limit. However, as always our bartenders will use their safe discretion on serving and reserve the right to refuse service. No shots allowed. (Q) Are Designated Driver Tickets available? (A) Yes. There are a limited number of DD tickets available. (Q) Is food included in this ticket? (A) For VIP tickets only. Food stations will be served in the Suffolk Punch Dining Room. General Admission and Designated Driver tickets do NOT include food. (Q) What is the menu for the VIP food options? (A) See above. (Q) Will there be food available for purchase for General Admission tickets? (A) Yes. We will have a limited selection of hot items available for purchase from our kitchen (and a food truck, if we can get someone to show up). (Q) What style of music will be played? (A) DJ Chase Morgan will be playing an open format but will mostly consist of Pop Top 40 and EDM. (Q) Do I need to print my ticket? (A) Nope. (Q) What do I need to get in? (A) We will have a check in station where you will be required to pass a security inspection & ID verification, provide proof of covid-19 vaccination or negative test, and ticket barcodes will be scanned. (Q) How is the parking? (A) Limited. You should not plan to park at this event. We have two SMALL lots that will be available on a first come first served basis. It will be challenging to find parking. Please plan accordingly and be safe. (Q) Is there public transportation? (A) Yes. The CATS Blue Line Light Rail comes right to our doorstep. Get off at New Bern Station. 55 steps away. (Q) Are tickets refundable? (A) No. Similar to concerts or sporting events, all ticket sales are final. There will be absolutely no refunds unless the event is cancelled. If the event is cancelled, you will receive a refund. Tickets can be transferred to another party if you cannot attend.
