It’s okay to be angry for some time. It’s okay to grieve. As long as eventually you release yourself from the chains of your past, you will be able to grow and move forward. Coming from a place of gratitude for yourself and your experiences can significantly change your narrative. It’s about forgiving yourself and forgiving the other person. Even if you think they don’t deserve it, it’s crucial for YOUR healing. Using journal prompts, stretches, sound vibrations and activities to expand the heart space, we will begin this forgiveness process together.
