Hi...I'm Phil Archulet. I've been redesigning and renovating home for customers for more then 30 years helping people make tons of money in the real estate flipping industry for a very long time. During the coarse of my career I've worked as a designer, master carpenter, construction superintendent and project manager, and owner operator of my own construction company. I've even appeared as an on-camera carpenter/builder on the home improvement TV show "Garage Mahal" hosted by Bill Goldberg that aired on the DIY Network from 2009-2013.
