It’s when we disconnect from the grid that we are able to connect with ourselves to elevate our physical and mental selves.

Lead by 2 veteran coaches & personal trainers From NYC and Chicago. Attendees will flow through a mix of proper athletic training, progressive strength methods and energy systems development that will challenge technical mastery of lifts and mental fortitude under fatigue. Attendees will leave learning a few things and have a great training session.
10 minutes of intro / warm up / movement prep
20 minutes of athletic training
30 minutes of Strength training
15 minutes of ESD
