We are a south Austin-based design/build landscape firm that specializes in, the total renovation/transformation of our client's properties. We have been in business for more than ten years and pride ourselves on quality of work and excellence in service. We are looking for and in need of a uniquely qualified Landscape Crew Leader that is generally familiar with all phases of landscaping. The candidate needs to be competent to lead a team of 3-4 in the execution of projects produced by an in-house designer, that will include the following aspects of landscaping: *General Landscaping (i.e. sod installation, plants, mulch, gravels, cleanups) *Stone Work (i.e. patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens) *Wood Work (i.e. decks, pergolas, arbors, fences, custom planters, etc.) *Custom Steel Work (i.e. planters, retaining walls, railing, steel structures, etc.) *Artificial Turf Installation *Irrigation *Landscape Lighting *Water Features This is a full-time position that will require between 40 - 55 hours per week. The workday would begin at 7:00 a.m at the shop and end between 4:00 - 5:00 back at the shop to prepare for the next day. Leadership in this role very much requires leading by example. You would be expected to work alongside the crew in the execution of projects. This position works under the supervision and direction of the Project Manager. To be considered you need to meet the following requirements: *Authorized to work in the U.S. *Have a driver's license with a clean record *Have at least 3 years of professional landscaping experience. *Proficiency in pulling a trailer. *Effective communicator in English and Spanish.
