Applicants: Royal Restoration is currently seeking a water damage restoration lead technician who has 3 or more years of solid experience in the restoration and construction industry. All applicants must be capable of social interactions with clientele, have prior customer service experience, and a clean driving record. The ideal applicant will need to have a flexible work ethic. Adaptability is a must due to the constant fluctuation of job size and time. The applicant would need to be prepared to work solo, with a partner, or with a team, depending on the job size and required completion time. Qualities: Reliability is a requirement Good communication skills and the ability to converse with clientele using adequate English A Long-Term Commitment Clean Driving Record (No DUIs/DWIs or reckless driving tickets) Ability to frequently stand, walk, and handle objects with hands for prolonged periods.
