Enjoy a complete meal in the authentic style--from the antipasto to the dolce, you'll savor the experience along the way. Broiled Portobello mushrooms with Gorgonzola and fresh herbsHomemade Fettuccine Amatriciana (Lover's style pasta)Zucchini Squash Venetian StyleSalmone al Dragoncello (wild-caught salmon with tarragon mustard sauce)Mirtilli al Sorbetto (Wild Berries with Amaretto liqueur sauce over Mango Sorbet)Plan to join us for a pre-session social hour at 5pm in Sala Del Vino. You'll be greeted with a glass of our sparkling Brillante and Chef Antonio's Gran Piatto Misto! As you cook through each course, you will taste wines Chef Antonio has selected to pair with this menu! Wine will also be available for purchase should you wish to enjoy a glass of your favorite Villa Bellezza wine during class, or purchase bottles to take home. This cooking class is $75/person. Class size is limited. Your experience includes Chef Antonio's pre-class social hour with sparkling wine and appetizers. * For any cooking class received as a gift, you may exchange your class for a different date up until January 31. Should we need to cancel a class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.
