Come join us for a Bi+ Philly for drinks, bites, and Bi+ community this Holiday season at Silk City! Come Celebrate the Holidays with Bi+ Philly! Join us for our next Bi+ Philly meet up on - Thursday, December 16th. 7-9pm. Silk City Philly has generously offered to partner with us in providing an ongoing home for Bi+ Philly, so we are going to be meeting there for the forseeable future. We're all about awesome supportive people, heated outdoor patios, and delicious fries! Eat, drink and enjoy the sparkling lights and jolly retro atmosphere at Silk City while connecting, conversing, and building community! Silk City’s diner menu offers something for everyone so whatever your dietary needs we trust you'll find something yummy! COVID GUIDELINES - Bring a Mask! Masks are required when not eating and if using the bathroom indoors. Of course, feel free to remove it while eating and/or drinking. This event is rain or shine. Please reserve your spot so we can give our friends at Silk City an accurate headcount! Can’t wait to see you all there! What is Bi+ Philly? Bi+ Philly offers an opportunity for members of Philadelphia’s Bi+ community to come together once a month and rejoice in a shared element of identity. The Bi+ community is the single largest group within the LGBTQ+ community. But we often lack visibility, resources, and a space to be our entire selves. The term Bi+ is meant to be as inclusive as possible. Whether you identify as bisexual, pansexual, queer, fluid, same gender loving, heteroflexible, Two Spirit, or any other non-binary sexuality, you are welcome here. People of all gender identities are encouraged to attend. Bi+ Philly is a celebration of diversity, inclusion, and innovation. These community gatherings are a place to find social support, identification, belonging, and a whole lot of laughter (Bring your bi+ puns!). We meet every third Thursday of the month. The emphasis is on cultivating meaningful friendships and uplifting social networks. Come as you are, be who you are.
