Rock singers, read this ad!

I am a guitarist that comes from a harder/heavier rock background but have been wanting to do something a bit different. I play 7 string guitars (added low B string) acoustic and electric. Aside from the fact I like to think I write cool sounding, (not cheesy but I know what a hook is) original music. I think the 7 string lower register will set this band apart as I've heard very few lower register rock bands. Musically (not necessarily singerwise) I envision kinda like later (90’s on...) Tom Petty. Some fully acoustic songs, some fully electric songs and the majority acoustic and electric together. Right now I'm just looking for the voice and once we click and create some music we can look into assembling a few more musicians (drums, bass, 2nd guitar etc...). I have lots of pieces of music (verse – chorus type stuff) and riffs but purposely have avoided writing "full songs" because I want this to be a collaboration from the ground up. Singer / vocal sound wise, I'm completely open. Clean vox could be really cool or... gravelly could be great too. Looking to write relatable, memorable tunes but MOST importantly someone that isn't scared to write and sing from the heart and be themselves! As for what I’m currently writing, it’s all over the place and ranges from super mellow to rockin! The more rockin stuff tends to have some attitude and bite and the mellower stuff tends to be on the darker/down side but the main concept I’d like for this band, sad, happy anything in between, go with whatever comes out that’s good, no boundaries. I'm in my 30’s and have been playing music my entire life. I've put albums out, toured the country extensively and done the whole thing. I work very hard and would love to take this as far as it can go but am over the rat race of "trying to make it," whatever that means lol… With that said I still do and will continue to put my all into every part of the music and band but want to avoid the “we need to to make it blah blah blah” conversations and the disappointment that tends to go with it when things don’t go in that direction. I would love to play locally (bay area/norcal) wherever we can but if given the opportunity to expand I’m ready to go where the music takes us! Below is a link to some examples of what I've been working on. I like to call them "song seeds," as they are just jumping off points, verse - chorus type stuff. Please listen through them all as I tried to be varied in style as I'm still trying to find this new sound and until the band (especially the vox) comes together all you can kind of do is throw things at the wall and then see what sticks. All the tracks are all played on acoustic but of course some of them can be amped up and played electric etc… If this sounds like something you’d be into, hit me up!
