Leaf Removal / Grading and topsoil for Sod

I need someone to remove the leaces at my property. Ive blown them into 3 or 4 big piles. Would still like someone with a blower to make one more pass for residual leaves, then haul all 3 or 4 piles and dispose. No tweakers. Also, looking for someone with a skid steer and dump trailer to grade the backyard and place and grade topsoil to prepare for me to seed it next spring. Ill be running irrigation myself.
