I have a large apartment in Concord that I am hoping to share with one other. Shared space on first floor in living room, dining room, kitchen, and bath. Only one bathroom in apartment. Wood floors and tile.
Kitchen currently being renovated - new cabinets and granite counters. New carpet going in on staircases and in bedrooms on second and third floors.
Laundry and storage in basement. Off street parking. No pets or smokers as I am allergic to both.
$1,300/mth includes all utilities, wifi, and snow removal. Available January 1st. One year agreement. First month and $1,000 security deposit required. Showings can be scheduled Sundays afternoons and M-F evenings.
