Handyman Needed this week $$

We are seeking a handyman that is well versed with minor in-home upgrades. Our current tenants are moving out this month and we would like to turn the house into a airbnb property. Currently we have three projects that we would like to complete early this week. The first project is installing cameras around the house in the common areas. We currently have 5 cameras. So one in front for the driveway, one for the back yard, one in side of the garage, one aiming at front door and another in the kitchen area. The next project would be painting/cleaning. Certain areas of the home may require a wipe down then paint or a mopping as well. Lastly we will be will be trashing old furniture and hauling it away in our box truck. We have other odd jobs that we will need to complete but for now these upgrades will take priority this week. We are looking to have a crew of (2) working for two full days at a rate of $15 per hour cash. If you have a friend that you are used to working with that is also available & able that would help us greatly with production. We will be providing breakfast& lunch each day and plenty of fluids to keep you going through out the day. If all goes well with the first two days we would like to extend the gig until the home is totally upgraded. So if you are great at painting and installing then this is the gig for you. Please let me know your availability for this week. Id love to get started Monday Dec 6th but im willing to wait until the 7th for the right crew. Shaun
