If you have a positive attitude, are helpful, and willing to work hard, I have a 1-2 month long contract for $17-$20/hour helping remodel a 2500 sq ft house in Phoenix near Sky Harbor airport.
You must have at least two years experience in two of the following:
- framing
- drywall installation and smoothwall finish (not texture)
- cabinet installation
In addition you must be:
- capable of working without supervision.
- self-insured.
- willing to help with some labor tasks
It would be helpful (but not required) if you have experience in any of the following:
- management
- painting
- roofing
- concrete block work
- finish carpentry
- vinyl flooring
The work consists of building/reframing existing walls, window installation, sheetrock installation, flooring, and other handyman tasks.
A $100 allowance is available for steel-toed boots.
You MUST work a minimum of 20 hours per week - no exceptions.
One pay advance is allowed first week. NO advances afterward.
Pay delivered via Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle. No physical checks or cash.
The pay is based on the number of hours you work per week.
20-24 hours $17/hr
25-29 hours $18/hr
30-34 hours $19/hr
35-40 hours $20/hr
Overtime $30/hr
Work hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday
Flexible and weekend hours may be arranged.
