motorcycle repair and cleaning

Need somebody who is able to repair the motorcycle. I was told that it has old fuel in and the tank is rusty. It needs a tank clean out as well. Hopefully nothing more. It was driven last in May last year and was since than in storage. While thinks are apart it needs a general clean up etc. I would like to have one more ride before selling it.
