Lost kitten

We’ve lost a male black kitten, about 12 weeks old. It was originally a stray we took in, but my son had left the door open to play outside in the morning and just wasn't thinking. It has a white patch under his chin, chest, and feet along with a red collar. We miss him dearly, and it's been heartbreaking seeing my son so distraught about it. If you found the kitten and had decided to keep him, please, just message us to let us know he's safe and healthy! My son has been crying, and it would just reassure him that his friend is alive, and is with someone taking care of him. We've called the local shelter and there's been no news. Neighbors haven't seen him either. He's been lost for about a week.
