I'm looking for singers/songwriters, musicians in general that could possibly work with me and trade off ideas. I have about an EP worth of songs written. bandmix.com/act-of-valor Check out the song "Euphonia". I recorded with a slight crunch sound, but then it gets heavier. It can be played acoustic style also. My intention is to set up an acoustic outfit (2 guitars, maybe a drummer with a lighter kit and a vocalist). Influences span from Metallica to Devin Townsend and Soilwork. The acoustic thing just seems more of a laid back approach to working on music than trying to fit in the metal scene nowadays, where it's almost a pissing contest for who's the heaviest. If you down to going full on distortion and blast beats that's cool. I can work either way, just want to trade off riffs and see what happens.
