Load and unload trailer

I need two people to help me move some stuff out of my garage and into a 8x12 trailer then drive to the dump and unload it there. Mostly junk. I also have a few items in the house that need to be moved out. The heaviest thing is a sofa. I’m trying to do a dump run but an arm injury prevents me from loading it myself. $30 an hour per person four hour minimum ($120 each) Probably will finish in 3 hours if I’m able to find two people.
