Almost 10 month old lab needs new home with experienced owner

This guy has gotten all his shots. He is intact. He comes with the papers you need in order to get him registered with the AKC. He does know "sit", "stay", and "wait"(sometimes). This guy is still a puppy and definitely has the excitement to show it. He pulls on the leash and I have tried everything I could within my financial ability to correct this. He is getting stronger than me and I'm getting physically injured when he gets excited and pulls. I am having surgery in a few days and will not be able to put myself or him at risk any longer. Rehomimg fee will apply. Please help!
